      These motions are Evidence motions made before the Trial so that the
      parties can know in advance Trial whether certain witnesses or
      certain lines of testimony can be introduced under the Rules of
      Evidence.

      Motions in limine may be used advantageously by Defendants also. See
      an example of a defendant's Motion in Limine in "A NEED FOR SPEED =
      JUSTIFICATION" at www.billstclair.com/ferran
