Are you a commercial user of the public right-of-ways?

If you are exercising a common law right of using the public right-of-ways for
all constitutional purposes, what parking ticket?

What constitutional principle is secured or protected by a "parking ticket"?

      Can TEXAS tell you?

Check the California government code section 26613.  The sheriff has no authority to enforce traffic/DMV code in a county less than 3 million population.  They are so corrupt.
