      Subject: [tips_and_tricks] direction question

need a little help! about 1&1/2 year ago, I had my child support
modified by my x wife to reflect my income from at the time my curant
employer, they based my x's income on minimum wage, which is correct,
but, I recently got terminated from my employer and filed a motion
for a temporary reduction due to the termination, in asking my x for
her income to due a worksheet, she gave me this letter,

      Mike.
I do not have any income nor have I for quite sometime. I received my
last unemployment check three court appearances prior to signing the
final child support order. I am a full time student and have been for
the last two years. I am not employed and will not be employed until
my degree is complete, which will occur in approximately three years.
This information has not only been made known to you for quite
sometime, but to the court as well. If there are any changes in the
future, you will be notified by either my Attorney or me.

can anyone help me with my options, if I have any, are there any
supreme court rullings regarding a parent who says they are not going
to work, I need help, court date set for march 29th
