Search this blog: http://blog.ucadia.com/ for reference to UN Treaties on Rights. Using “Universal Declaration of Human (Person) Rights” in your search. Control-F for those of you using PC’s.

      The Supremacy Clause reads:

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

Now compare this with this statement from the Supreme Court:

The States cannot, in the exercise of control over local laws and practice, vest state courts with power to violate the supreme law of the land. Kalb v. Feuerstein, 308 US 433, 439 (1940); also Hines v. Lowrey, 305 U.S. 85, 90, 91; Davis v. Wechsler, 263 U.S. 22, 24.
