The Constitution is the supreme law of the United States which is proprietary territory owned by and ceded to the United States of America.

Find the territory, find the owner….and find the law. All the rest is an illusion.

The Treaty of Paris gave the United States of America—a confederacy—something it never had before…..territory. Such was the transfer from the King of England. What happened to the people on that territory? Well unless they were smart enough to individually “dissolve the political bonds” in declaration, they were simply transferred subjects of that territory. [Of course the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776  permits them to dissolve individually or collectively anytime they want…..but voting as a US CITIZEN on any STATE OF XYZ card….won’t do it…ha ha] The United States of America does what any owner does….then made law for that territory called the Northwest Ordinance of July 13, 1787 as a temporary status. The states formed within are formed right in that document while it is still proprietary territory of the United States of America: “That the following articles shall be considered as articles of compact between the original States and the people and States in the said territory…..” These became known as United States. The Constitution of September 17, 1787 was supposed to be two things: (1) be the “more perfect” version of the laws for that territory as “supreme law of THAT land” and (2) be a more perfect Union….IF it had been adopted. However to totally CONFUSE the masses, Congress quickly REDEFINED the Art VI oath of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 so as to circumvent “this constitution”, the written one, from being adopted for (2). What did that leave? Well Congress ALWAYS had the power over the territory it owned…which is (1). Ed Rivera [Phd 30 year law veteran] can express this much better than I can and a lot of the material is for free at www.edrivera.com . If you want to become a student so you can apply these principles, his tuition [$500] is low and can be paid over 1 or 2 years. Best thing I ever did….you get CONTINUAL education over many many years. If you tie this to what fine people like LEGALBEAR provide ….and others like SEDM…you can stand up rather well.
