This is a Federal Civil Rights and Racketeering Influenced Corrupted Organization Action (case # 1:10-cv-74 Western District of Michigan) by Jerry James Stanton against Executive and Judicial Officers of the State of Michigan.

The Problem that caused the filing of this Action is that the State Property Tax law seizes all of the land of Michigan to be taxable and therefore denies all of the People any means to acquiring any Private Property outside of the taxing authority of the State. [The right to tax is the right to destroy.]

It was made clear in Article 5 of the Bill of Rights and Section 14 Articles 2 and 3 of the Northwest Ordinance that the Property Rights of the inhabitants of the land would be perpetual and never disturbed.

The case of West Virginia Board of Education v. Barnette makes extremely clear that Rights in the Bill of Rights can never be subject to any vote of any electoral or legislative majority, and therefore can never be subject to Taxation provisions of Constitution or Statute.

The action is against 25 Named Defendants, including 6 Appeals Court Judges and 7 Supreme Court Judges for their criminal complicity/collusio n, violations of Oaths of Office, Honest Services Fraud, Mail Fraud, and failure to secure a Republican Form of government for the people of Michigan, as they swore to uphold under the U.S. Constitution and are required to secure under the U.S Constitution .
