      It might mean that she actually holds another office that appears to most folk to be the office.

      It might be her out for un-Constutional acts.

      Her original Oath of Office as an attorney might actually contain a requirement to support the Constitution.

      Or is this like Barry Sorento who DID NOT take the proper oath in public and was allowed to do so by Chief Justice John Roberts; but, allegedly took the proper oath in secret. Trust us!?
