RE: Powers of Contempt
- 1. Today's family court is ONLY about the money. The states receive
matching funds from the Federal government for every penny they collect
in child support, and are given similar rewards for every arrest they
make in domestic violence. (See the Illinois Bar Journal's articles on
the restraining order as a common tactic.) The primary victim is the
child(ren), with mothers usually becoming the residential or primary
parent, the father being denied his rights to be a parent. While this
appears misandric, it is equally misogynistic. Gender is not the issue,
it is money and the destruction of the family.
2. There is no meaningful legal difference between in propria persona
and pro se. The former is usually listed as an archaic terminology along
with alienation of affection or laches.
3. If you believe you can get free (pro bono) representation by asking
the Judge for a list, I have a bridge to sell you.
4. If the Illinois father asks for the ex-wife's incarceration for
failing to produce children's records, the judge will view him as a
vindictive nut and he will get nothing.
5. If you want to make a difference, get involved in either the
Libertarian or Republican Party and stay focused upon ONLY family law
issues. Don't even dream of supporting the Democratic Party unless you
want to see further destruction of the American Family and the Father.
The people who rant about the war, the 2000 election, or ANYTHING else
simply shoot themselves -- and the reform movement -- in the foot. This
is a Civil Rights movement, not anti war, anti Bush, or anti anything
else. The reason we continue to be IGNORED by the parties has to do with
the character of most pseudo-activists and their failure to focus on
JUST ONE ISSUE.
