Despite what many may or may not believe about the UCC fillings there
is a time and a place for everything, a speeding ticket is not one of
      them.

The UCC is to protect your property and interest held in property. It
controls all aspects of commercial contracts to include but not
      limited to Banking, Stocks, ect…….

What you should be concerned with is "What public Act are you in
      violation of?"

After you know the act and where the authority was derived from,
insure the act is within your states constitutional powers to regulate
(or not) gives you facts to work with.

How was the your speed deturmand?

      Was it by radar?
Was the unit within proper working condition?
When was the unit last calibrated?
When was the operator last tested for proper operation?
Was the tester certified by a state regulatory department?
      What are there requirements?

Just a few questions to ask.

This is how I would start.
