This is very important.  Does anyone know the rules in the state of NJ governing when one can Order a plenary hearing ?  2) Even better, when can a plenary hearing be vacated?  What grounds?  A judge in NJ decided to cover his illegal conduct and practices based on rulings he made 3 years ago, that were changed by another judge that followed his order and where now this judge refuses to accept that change and has allowed for retromodified orders which are a violation of statute in NJ?  THere are other shady questionable activities by this judge in December 05 where he may have forged a judges signature to secure that  retromodification. To cover his tracks and take the attention off his illegal practices, he recently ordered a plenary hearing for disclosure of both parties finances?  Can he order one back 3 years?  Isnt that also retromodified? THis order also followed a recent Order in April detailing a final order on CS amount.  When is it illegal to order a plenary hearing or when can it be vacated preferably in the state of NJ?  Any case law in NY and PA , CT if not in NJ?  Any law period state or otherwise governing applications of plenary and when are they illegal to apply? Thanks group  Jabe
