34 lawyers wrote the Constitution of September 17, 1787. Nothing in it is by
mistake or omission. Examine "the" and "this" constitution-in particular the
oaths in Art II and Art VI and then compare and contrast the oaths for what
is sworn-too. Look for what is included and what is missing.

What people don't realize is NO judge takes an Art VI oath to "this
constitution".a written piece of paper..that would mean they adopt "this
      constitution".a piece of paper.

All court judges and officers such as a President of the United States
instead take an oath patterned after Art II which is to "the constitution of
the United States" and in this sense "the constitution" is the "the
constituent-parts" sense..meaning an oath to defend the territory owned by
and ceded to the United States of America called "the constitution of the
      United States."

Now you know why George Bush correctly said [that in application to himself]
what he saw of a WRITTEN constitution was 'just a g-damn piece of
paper'...but he DID honor his Art II oath on 911 to protect "the
constitution of the United States" when he scrambled jets to protect
      Washington DC's federal buildings..
