Interesting.  When this first arrived in my inbox, there were none of the line breaks that appeared below when I clicked 'Reply'.  Nice imagery.  Your usual fine offering, dear friend.

      Winter Wonder

Soft sweep of flake across the beige canvas,

tufts of russet grass whisker cotton batting,

and I hear your song at sunset. Wind

sculpted ledges frost farm roads between

silent grey hills, and I sense the tender touch

of your fingers, etched on my skin like

lacy frost swirled on the windowpane.

I sip sweet spiced tea from a chipped and

speckled brown mug while steam rises and

swirls around my face and I'm sure

I feel the warmth of your breath ==> What a warm, inviting image

along my neck. Under my cozy

      down comforter, your warm

      body curls around me and

      when I close my eyes,

      I'm certain your heart

      flutters beneath

      my breast.
