      September 25-27, 2009

       

      Rinpoche will continue with his commentary on Ju Mipham's seminal Madhyamaka text, The Beacon of Certainty. One of the most widely studied and popular works in the Kagyu and Nyingma traditions, The Beacon of Certainty presents the Dzogchen view of emptiness. This weekend program will cover topic three of the Beacon, which discusses the correct way to approach meditation practice.

       

      This program will be held at E-Vam Buddhist Institute, Traleg Rinpoche's seat in Chatham , upstate New York . Each topic is self-contained and self-explanatory so there is no pre-requisite for having attended the previous two topics of this text.

       

      Schedule:

      Fri: 7.00 - 9.00 pm

      Sat & Sun: 10.30am-12.00 & 3.30pm-5.00pm
