      I only have Miner 2049er, but it's different in that it plugs into the
      side port in place of the Flex cable and that it uses ROM in the >A000 +
      address range.

      I have dumped Miner2049er to disk but don't remember the details.

        Wow! I guess I am surprised that someone is actually use the UNIX shell
        script. There are two things to change in the script to create a header for
        4104-byte .grm files. You want to change the number of sectors (\041 for 8K
        files, \031 for 6K files) to \021 (octal for 17 sectors). The byte offset
        in the last sector used is still correct as 6 (\006). Change the output
        name to head4k.

        I have copied you the three headers generated from my script, as well as the
        updated script. Here are hex representations of the 3 header files:
