The 4th Series of Doctor Who starts on BBC One
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone tonight at 6:20PM!!! Doctor Who
Confidential airs on BBC Three at 7:10PM. Later tonight the first 3
episodes of the William Hartnell story "The Dead Planet" air at
8:30PM on BBC Four as part of a Verity Lambert tribute night. If you
miss the episode, tune in tomorrow at 8PM on BBC Three or Friday at
8:30PM on BBC Three. The BBC iPlayer will also carry the episode
online for a week for UK residents.

Meanwhile, BBC 7 http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7 is starting a new weekly
Doctor Who feature. "Doctor Who - The Commentaries". Sundays starting
6 April at 12:30PM and 6:30PM British Time. This weekly half-hour
show will give a recap of the Saturday Doctor Who episode. The first
episode is hosted by David Tennant and Catherine Tate - not sure if
they are the regular hosts or if it will rotate. Episodes are 30
minutes long. They form the second half of an hour block - the first
half is the Paul McGann Big Finish Doctor Who episodes
http://www.doctorwho.co.uk that started a repeat run last Sunday.
BBC7 programming can be heard online live around the world. The UK
will be on British Standard Time (for Daylight Savings) as of 30
March - adjust accordingly for your time zone. Episodes remain online
for one week - excellent if you miscalcuate the time difference or
were not able to tune in at broadcast time.

"Doctor Who - The Commentaries" can also be downloaded as a free
podcast from the BBC7 website or from iTunes. So you can save them
until you actually see the Series 4 episodes without fear that they
      will drop off the system.

2 Episodes going up per month, it seems. Illusion TV is a service
providing science fiction On Demand programming to cable providers
(no deals with satellite companies yet). If your digital cable
service has Illusion TV, all programming is offered for free with
commercials. See the website to determine if your provider may offer
this service. Based on the paucity of information on the episodes
airing, I guess they want you to get the service before you know what
      you will be seeing.
