One weeks till the 4th Series of Doctor Who starts on BBC One
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone . Mark the calendar for the 5th of April
at 6:20PM. This will be one day after the 2nd Series finale of
Torchwood on BBC Two. Doctor Who Confidential airs on BBC Three at
7:10PM. That same evening the first 3 episodes of the William
Hartnell story "The Dead Planet" air at 8:30PM on BBC Four as part of
a Verity Lambert tribute night. Looks like Doctor Who may be airing
in the 6PM hour for the forseeable future instead of 7PM - watch or
      set your recording accordingly.

If you, a friend, a relative, or a casual acquaintance sobbing at the
water cooler misses the Saturday broadcast, there are two BBC Three
repeats - Sunday at 8PM and Friday at 8:30PM. A cut down version of
Doctor Who Confidential follows the Sunday repeat, a full length
version after the Friday repeat. UK residents can also use the BBC
iPlayer to catch Doctor Who for up to one week after a broadcast.

Meanwhile, BBC 7 http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7 is starting a new weekly
Doctor Who feature. "Doctor Who - The Commentaries". Sundays starting
6 April at 12:30PM and 6:30PM British Time. This weekly half-hour
show will give a recap of the Saturday Doctor Who episode. The first
episode is hosted by David Tennant and Catherine Tate - not sure if
they are the regular hosts or if it will rotate. Episodes are 30
minutes long. They form the second half of an hour block - the first
half is the Paul McGann Big Finish Doctor Who episodes
http://www.doctorwho.co.uk that started a repeat run last Sunday.
BBC7 programming can be heard online live around the world. The UK
will be on British Standard Time (for Daylight Savings) as of 30
March - adjust accordingly for your time zone. Episodes remain online
for one week - excellent if you miscalcuate the time difference or
were not able to tune in at broadcast time.

      So, for UK fans:
      Saturday 5 April:
6:20PM BBC One - Doctor Who - Partners In Crime (apparently 50
      minutes long)
7:10PM BBC Three - Doctor Who Confidential - Prima Donna (50 minute
slot, probably 40 to 50 minutes long)
8:30PM BBC Four - Doctor Who - The Dead Planet - first 3 episodes
(more Verity Lambert produced programming all night long)
4AM BBC Three - Doctor Who Confidential - Prima Donna (50 minute slot)

      Illusion TV On Demand http://www.illusiontv.com
      Doctor Who Classic Series.
March "The Tomb Of The Cybermen" all 4 pts
2 Episodes going up per month, it seems. Illusion TV is a service
providing science fiction On Demand programming to cable providers
(no deals with satellite companies yet). If your digital cable
service has Illusion TV, all programming is offered for free with
commercials. See the website to determine if your provider may offer
this service. Based on the paucity of information on the episodes
airing, I guess they want you to get the service before you know what
      you will be seeing.
