Christmas time again. The 3rd annual Doctor Who Christmas episode
premieres on BBC One this Tuesday at 6:50PM - Voyage Of The Damned,
71 minutes long, with David Tennant, Kylie Minogue, Geoffrey Palmer,
Bernard Crimmons, and Jimmy Vee. As with the last 2 Christmas
specials, expect a trailer with scenes from the first half of the
upcoming Series at the end of the story. Doctor Who - Back In Time
has a new episode on BBC Radio Wales, with a new Doctor Who
Confidential special on BBC Three. UK residents can get 2 hours of
terrestrial Who programming on Thursday 27 December - an encore of
the first Sarah Jane Adventures story (Invasion Of The Bane) on CBBC
at 4PM followed immediately by The Runaway Bride on BBC One at 5PM.
Three complete Sarah Jane Adventure stories air on CBBC on New Years
Eve from 9:30AM. Voyage Of The Damned repeats twice on New Years Day -
2:15PM on BBC One (two terrestrial Who repeats in a week on BBC One -
rare event) and 7PM on BBC Three. Also look for morning airings of
Series 2 episodes on UKTV Gold between now and New Years. UKTV Drama
will start airing Tom Baker episodes (minus the Dalek stories)
weekdays at 12:20PM and 5PM starting 2 January. Complete stories are
Saturdays at 11:15PM and Sundays at 8AM.

BBC Prime (both versions) http://www.bbcprime.com airs the Christmas
Invasion today (22 December). The rest of Series 2 is supposed to
begin in February. BBC Prime Africa will be repeating Series 1 on
Saturdays at 4PM CAT (2 episodes per Saturday) from 12 January - it
is too soon to tell if BBC Prime Europe/Middle East will also do this.

Also in the Christmas mood - Finland station YLE 2 airs The Christmas
Invasion late Sunday 23 December at 12:20AM while BBC America airs
its edited version on Christmas Eve at 8 and 11PM Eastern (5 and 8PM
      Pacific).

Prime TV http://www.primetv.co.nz in New Zealand has the most
aggressive Christmas schedule this year. The Runaway Bride repeats
complete on Christmas Eve in a 90 minute slot from 7:30 to 9PM. On
Christmas Day, Prime does a commercial free marathon of all of Series
1 from 6:40AM to 4:30PM, with The Christmas Invasion from 4:30 to
      5:30PM.

France 4 http://www.france4.tv brings the French version of Series 3
(including The Runaway Bride) across the English channel beginning
Wednesday 26 December at 8:45PM. 2 episodes per week with repeats
later in the week. There is no start date for France 4's English
language version of Series 3 yet.

Germany finally gets the new Doctor Who. Pro 7
http://www.prosieben.de purchased Series 1 and 2 years ago, and has
now found room in their schedule for the adventures of the Time
Lord. "Rose" will air on Saturday 26 January at 5PM CET. The rest of
Series 1 and 2 will air at 2 episodes per week from 2 February.
Here's hoping for a big splash with German audiences leading to a
shorter lag time before Series 3 and 4 make it over.

Endings - Greek station Skai TV http://www.skai.gr concludes Series 3
at 3PM EET today. Nederland 2 concludes Series 2 at 3:05PM CET today.
Hungarian station RTL Klub concludes a repeat of Series 1 at 12:50PM.
Denmark station DR 1 is moving Who to early afternoons to complete a
Series 1 repeat run on Friday 28 December at 12:35PM.

Torchwood schedule information is included in the Torchwood This Week
      column http://groups.yahoo.com/group/torchwood .
