For the 2nd time in 2 weeks the US SciFi Channel has moved the
      repeat of Doctor Who.

Effective tonight for Rise Of The Cybermen (all times Eastern)
      8PM - Doctor Who
      9PM - Battlestar Galactica
10PM - Doctor Who repeat (new time)
11PM - Battlestar Galactica repeat (new time)
12AM - Battlestar Galactica repeat (new time)

For Eastern and Central US viewers (and Pacific US viewers with
Cable), we now get 2 airings of the same Doctor Who episode in
      Friday primetime.

Satellite subscribers in the Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii time zones
should remember that DirecTV and Dish Network use the East Coast
Feed. Satellite subscribers on the West Coast will now get Doctor
Who at 5 and 7PM Pacific Time.

If you're watching the first airing - no change. 2nd airing - one
hour earlier than last week, two hours earlier than 2 weeks ago.
