It's an official promotional postcard for the new series. Looks
rather nice in my opinion. It's got Christopher Eccleston, Billie
Piper, the TARDIS, the new logo, a link to the BBC's Doctor Who
website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho , and other nice images.
Sci-Fi Overdrive http://www.scifioverdrive.com is noting the 41st
anniversary of Doctor Who by focusing the 3rd hour of each episode

Doctor Who actors who are on the Sci-Fi Sea Cruise as of this
column's publication. This week's edition also has an interview with
Laura Palmer at BBC Worldwide Americas in the first hour discussing
the Lost In Time DVD release. From the same people - the new
American Who http://www.americanwho.net episode is online, with a
Peter Purves interview and an affectionate look at the new Doctor
