What about Anal Cunt, the band who released a 7" with 5643 tracks on it, called the "5643 EP", naturally. Or Seven Minutes Of Nausea whose 7"s also had thousands of tracks crammed practically seemlessly together, then another thousand or so recorded on top at the same time and so on, so the whole thing took on the form of a one-shot wipeout of noise. Admittedly this was an attempt to have the MOST tracks, not the shortest. Finally, the two "Bllleeeaaarrrgghhh!!!" compliation 7"s that had a host of noise stars all turning in fraction-of-a-second tracks that made Napalm Death's seminal "Suffer" seem like some ultra-long slow-builder off Chain Reaction.
