      ¡Congress Seeks Rave Ban!
      By Will94117@...

      Ecstasy Prevention Act of 2001:
On July 19, 2001, Senator. Graham introduced the Ecstasy Prevention Act
of 2001 [S 1208 IS], with co-sponsors, Senators Grassley, Lieberman,
      Durbin, Landrieu, Clinton, and Schumer.

Elements of this bill concern the Mission Statement of EM:DEF.

The most important is a description in SEC 3 of "EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS" for
preventing ecstasy use. These include communities "passing ordinances
restricting rave clubs," and, "seizing lands under nuisance abatement
laws to make new restrictions on establishment's use."

Wouldn't it be more logical to link to the bill on its official place at
senate.gov? Not that I don't trust an organisation named EM:DEF..
