The 5 lb sack is the "seeing" of our lower nature.
The 10 lb sack is the "seeing" of the real nature of the asavas (pride,
lust,anger, envy and greed)
The 50 lb sack is the realizing of what must be done.
The putting of the potatoes in the sack is our "actual" practise.
