Well... this is open to debate.
If you mean "Caliphate OTO" that's right: there's not been a schism
since its inception. We are talking about the Rome/Florence/Turin
axis, I think. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone ;-)
But if you listen to SOTVL, for instance, things could be defferent.
And I kind of remember a (now closed) Bologna camp, but I may be wrong
OTO history in Italy can be very simple or extremely complex,
depending on who you listen to (and no, I'm not a big fan of SOTVL
