The relevant passage seems to be from The Vision & the Voice, the
5th Aethyr (cited in the Book of Thoth, p139ff.) Reading Sat = Life,
Chit = Light, and Ananda = Love, the statement therein that "...
the crown of the Arrow is the Father of all Light, and the shaft of
the Arrow is the Father of all Life, and the barb of the Arrow is
the Father of all Love" results in a different ascription from
either of your alternatives:
Sat (Being/Life) -- Shaft
Chit (Knowledge/Light) -- Crown/Plumes
Ananda (Bliss/Love) -- Barb
Further on in the Aethyr, we are told "... the winged globe is the
crown, and the shaft is the wisdom, and the barb is the
understanding", which would equate the (downward-pointing) Arrow
with Kether, Chokmah and Binah, but that is described as being a
Mystery "beyond understanding", and takes place on a plane beyond
Love is the law, love under will.
