Here's what the DC website has for the first issue:

"Spinning out of the events of DARK NIGHTS: METAL, Carter Hall returns to the DC Universe! An explorer of the ancient and unknown, Hawkman finds himself embroiled in a long-standing mission to discover the true purpose of his many reincarnations. Carter races around the globe trying to piece together an ancient prophecy, but will he be able to face down his past lives lurking around every corner?"

It's written by Robert Venditti with art by Bryan Hitch. First issue was released back on June 13th.

I'm possibly going to try it in a tpb collection, depending on what I hear.

Has anybody tried it for themselves?

Also, I did start a separate photo album for this run (especially since I don't know if/when anything will be said about this Hawkman ever having been a member of the JSA) . . .
