- Feb 26, 2011Misty,
Oh, a message to me was hiding here! I just popped in by chance. Better to use hrmng@..., dear Misty. This way is difficult to find and remember.
Anyhow, we did just a little celebration on V-day. I bought two vanilla hollow half-soft cakes with vanilla cream inside, in the form of hearts, which we had for our afternoon tea.
Today we are celebrating our 45th engagement day, with cured salmon and Spanish bubbly wine, Frexinet, it's quite OK, dry and crisp. Dry white wine is necessary due to Monica's diabetes. Personally I love Tokajer and those expensive sweet French ones.
How nice of Jeff to give you that, and how lucky it was free. FREE, are there really such things? "There's no such thing as a free lunch" is a common expression. Let's hope for the best! And be a good pupil ;-)
Must go to have my siesta now. Here from you later!
Cheers,
Your friend, Herman

Which unfortunately I don't have lying around right now. Thank you for thinking of me and it is very hard not to go because Austin is only about an hour away from here. It would be awesome. Though I have to be reasonable right now and think that I don't have the money. Maybe someday I will get to meet him and say "Hey remember me?" Probably not though.

It was $100 class that he paid but then it ended up being free so fate has already smiled on us once. Unless the Jake Gyllenhaal discussion goes the same way I don't see myself being able to go. Thanks again anyway.

> I hope you and Monica had a wonderful Valentine's day together. Do you celebrate that in Sweden? I'm assuming so, but I could be wrong. I once asked an Irish guy about St. Patrick's day and he said they don't really celebrate that in Ireland, so I don't want to assume anything anymore.
