That's Han, Zeta Ophiuchi in the Serpent-Bearer's left knee: 9 Sag 14 in 2000 so about 9 Sag 23 now.

      Han  Zeta Ophiuchi   Ophiuchus’ left knee         9SA14        11 23      -10 34      16 37     2.56        O9.5 V

Lunar Mansions: with Yed Prior and Yed Posterior (2-3 SA), ancient Euphratean mansion Mulu-bat,

"Man of Death," associated with dead bodies and disease

From the Chinese section of my book (in China the huge outline of Ophiuchus marked the boundaries of a Celestial Market)

Most of the stars of Hercules and Ophiuchus and Serpens were in China a huge figure of the "historical period" (3000-2700 BC) of Chinese asterisms-T'ien-Chi, the "Celestial Market" &/or "Autumn Market" (the Great Market mentioned in Chapter 3 in the Orion area was of the archaic 15,600 BC period; precession eventually took it out of season). Outlining this market were two half-circular fences: Se-Houan, made up of Zeta (at entrance), Epsilon, Delta Ophiuchi (8Sag57, 3Sag14, 2Sag01); Epsilon, Alpha, Lambda, Delta, Beta, Gamma Serpentis (24Sco03, 21Sco48, 22Sco07, 18Sco04, 19Sco40, 22Sco30); & Kappa, Gamma & Beta Herculis (25Sco26, 28Sco56, 0Sag49); and Toung-Houan: Eta Ophiuchi (at the entrance, 17Sag41), Xi Serpentis (24Sag16); Nu Ophiuchi (29Sag28); Eta & Theta Serpentis (5Cap24, 15Cap29); Zeta Aquila (19Cap31); & 110, 111, 105, Xi, Mu, Lambda and 70 Herculis (14Cap30, 14Cap35, 6Cap13, 29Sag55, 24Sag57, 19Sag37, 16Sag30). (These stars outlining the market also represented individual small states in the east & west; more on this below.) Other names for this enclosure were T'ien-Ki-Ting, Court of the Celestial Banners, presiding over executions because a sentence of death was carried out in the market place; T'ien Fou, Celestial Prefecture, and Tchang-Tching, the Great Wall.

Just inside the market entrance (Zeta & Eta Ophiuchi) was Chi-Lao, the Market Tower; this was a look-out tower guarding the entrance, made up of  HD156227 (18 Sag 46), HD 156826 (19Sag35), 47 (21 Sag 15), HD 159564 (23Sag45), Mu (24Sag02), and other stars of Ophiuchus. It presided over the market entrance, commercial transactions, and law and order. Soochow has this as the market center or circle. (Chiron and helio Mercury at the World Trade Center Twin Towers terrorist attack, 9 11 2001).

The Chinese were incredibly detailed about individual stars and asterisms ruling certain places; the stars outlining the boundaries of the great market also each ruled a small state:

      The western enclosure:

Zeta Oph, 8Sag57: Tching, ancient feudal state of Tcheou Period in Ho-Nan

      Love, Diana
