      The Galactic Dragon, I think, is located at 0h53m34.9s right
      ascension, +12 41'36" declination, which would be north of Delta
      Piscium, about halfway between 58 and 75 Piscium, above the cord
      connecting the two Fishes, at 17 Aries 21.
