- Aug 16, 2015I am a Ma'am, and all caps are considered shouting. We'll never have the original back, because anything else isn't original, which means the first. But fanfic is nothing but personal views of the series and characters, and that's OK. That said, I read the first novelization of TC's version of M:I and that ruined the whole further thing for me. People like noisy adventure films and that's why they make $$. The new MFU movie is an AU--just like the ST reboots, which actually pointed out that they are in a different reality. I liked the new MFU movie. I doubt if it will inspire an enduring passion in the fandom but if it can interest people enough to check out the original, that's great. K
