HELLO TED HEADS!

It has been a while since the last update of this group page....but now it is time to bring some good news, especially if you were looking to get some other material by Dermot Morgan.

Let's start with a DVD:

A year before Father Ted aired, Dermot produced and performed this outstanding stand up comedy show. What didn't come across on Father Ted you will see on this DVD.....Dermot Morgan was a gifted Mimic, personifying everyone from the common man to Bono. Another trait displayed by him is singing. His song "Release The Little Bollocks" is one of protest for those encarcirated for political reasons, presented with great wit and sense of humor.

Recorded at the Dublin Olympia and produced by Cue Productions, Dermot Morgan Live is a treasure to keep.

....and don't forget Scrap Saturday

Also available is "Scrap - The Collection", a 4 volume CD of the best of Scrap Saturday from 1990 to 1992. One of my favourites is "The Flintstones Irish Version" - tears of laughter will roll off your face.

On an ending note.....

A new photo album has been addes to the photo section, BBC Promo Photos - Father Ted. A few were entered. Other two were added on the Dermot Morgan's Grave album; amazingly enough, the monument and the plaque erected by the Dublin City Council paying homage to the Dubliner comic.
