The BBC have announced they will be bringing out an animated version of The Power of the Daleks to coincide with the 50th Anniversary in November 1966. The internet had of course already been primed by the leaking of footage on Youtube- footage which the beeb quickly ordered taken down. Even after that there was still scepticism in some quarters that it necessarily meant that it represented an extant project. The news on Thursday has finally putt us out of our misery. I'm really looking forward to this one- the previews look well cool.
