mini-cd question

    i ve got one or two super roots and some other related japanese cd s on mini-cd (3 ?) format, and wondered how these can be taken to standard 5 format.

        assuming you have a mini-cp player,(i am also assuming that you
        computer does NOT play mini-cd.) just connect it to a recording
        device thru what ever outputs(headphone hole) it has. headphone
        sized jacks can be connected to your computer audio in and record
        that way. you will have left the digital world and gone to analog
        and back to digital but there shouldnt be any distortion of anything
        like that,if you set the record levils correctly. your cd burner
        should be able to make a cd from the files u record. thats how i
        have recoded some LP to cd
