for some reason I couldn't view the font (some

a link to the page you got the info from I can let you

          Surprise heaven dynamic area!
Ever since release 1998, Boredoms the way of the visor (ボアダムス) the new
work of the name completes truly! Member individual has been active
with several bands, the activity range being too wide, they who have
become the unknown itself where the bottom is not visible, finally
real starting! Not only the country delivering what kind of work to
just them who gather hot support even from the foreign country, as
expected? Pleasantly it is everyone work from now!

Actually I like the results of translation software
better than straight-up translations, its a lot more
interesting (sending it between a few different
languages then back to English is a fun experiment
too), and I would imagine many other boredoms fans
think so too, so this is more for my translation
practice (which is certainly needed...) than to give
            more clarity:

            HMV review:
            [start]
Shaking! Amazement! A Thundering Blast of Fresh Air!
            Tears of Gratitude! Astounding!
Its been a long time since their last release back in
1998, but a new work under the name Boredoms has been
completed! The members have individually been playing
in innumerable other bands over an incredible range,
but finally the real thing starts! With the Boredoms'
following of hard-core fans not only in Japan but
overseas as well, what type of album is coming? This
is an album to look out for!
            [end]

Its not perfect, but there it is.
