Subject: Call for Judges - Oaktoberfest 2012 - September 29th

      Mad Zymurgists
      BJCP Judges:

We are excited to announce the judging of the Oaktoberfest Homebrew Competition, Northern California's premier competition for German beers.

Judging for our 4th annual competition will be held on Saturday, September 29th at the HopYard Alehouse in Pleasanton, CA.  We will need Judges and Stewards to arrive between about 9:15 - 9:30 AM, for light breakfast / juice, and to check-in; our judging will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.  If you are able to judge or steward for this 1/2 day judging event, please contact me at info@....  Thanks to those who offer to help.

Also, for those interested in entering, our entry window is approaching soon.  Below is some additional information, for anyone who has a great German homebrew they'd like to submit.  Be sure to tell me if you have an entry in the competition, and we'll get you placed on a table where you don't have a beer in.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

      Brian Cooper
