Yes it ran, but I never drove it so I don't know about shifting while moving. It does shift smooth where it is. And no, not rebuilt to my knowledge. Sent from

I worked for TRW VSSI during 1993 through 2000 with seatbelts where we implemented the pretensioner seatbelts and seat integrated seatbelt in US made cars.

Germany stayed away from black because it is hard to see at night and chrome rimes because they crack underneath the chrome plating. Something TÜV came up
