      The thesis that sunlight would interfere with neon conduction
      currents is now seen to be solely due to an optical illusion. The
      firing voltage of 27 volts from variac to 440 transformer was used in
      the previous jpeg recording .3 ma to ground. Increasing the input
      voltage will allow 2 ma or so conduction to ground.

      Now the magnet assembly is removed to show some ordinary water neon
      conductions. The first of these is using a small bulb for ground
      path, and a larger one for only one side of the high voltage input.

      Here the return wire can be seen submerged in the water, on the far
      side of the tub.

      If the bulb is directly connected across the BRS midpoints it will
      rapidly blink.

      These were made with 85 volts input from variac to 440 transformer,
      larger voltages than this causes crackling noises to come from
      transformer, not a good sign.

      These results are NOT what have been obtained in the past, when the
      process was directly driven from the wall voltage without the
      intervening variac. Then the bulb would extinguish its disharge at
      the point where the bulb meets the water, and the disharge would not
      go underneath into the water itself, but instead show itself as a
      skin effect making conduction to only the water surface The variac
      seems to be causing some differences here. The bulb directly
      grounded formerly blinked when this was done, but it shows a fairly
      steady discharge in this case. Adding the opposite potential to the
      ground post then would allow this blinking to occur, which also then
      disconnected this computer from the internet connection. The blinking
      was also evidenced from clicking sounds inside the variac.
      Apparently the variac may be changing quite a few things. In the
      second jpeg the process started out showing a rapid blinking rate,
      but quickly assumed a steady state neon discharge. Remarkably
      however only half of the pictures taken of the second process where a
      steady state was assumed, showed this to be true, as half of the
      pictures showed no neon discharge. I do not know what to make of
      that evidence, except that perhaps the neon is blinking at a rate so
      high that the eyes do not see it, but the camera apparently does see

      Another very unusual thing seems to show itself when the magnet
      operation is engaged. Mosquito larvae have appeared in the water,
      but they are attracted to the magnet, as if they are drawn to the
      magnet virtually as if they were a magnetic material. HDN
