Brushless means no commutator employed as a switching device. Instead
of revolving a DC electromagnetic field with air core flux leakage
from the pole faces intersecting phases on an exterior stator ring to
produce AC output; now the same rotating field will become an
alternating current rather then a direct current one, but the selected
stator phase receiving the correct timing on this variable phased six
phased system will record the output as a DC pulses rather then
reverses of polarity via virtue of double reversed polarities on input
      vs output.

This becomes possible as an experiment with the six phase bus
generators paired on a dual driven pulley; three phases on each side.
These are now driven by the variable speed motor which is a great
asset. These bus alternators do not produce much voltage but they
produce good amperage. Sending 4 volts into the field and rotating the
6 pole face rotor at only 6 hz from the variable speed motor input
yeilded 6 amps on output short, and that AC output could be inputed to
the field on the opposite rotating unpowered pair of the bus
alternators. As they say time will tell.
