Group Description

This group is for teens interested in the non-diet, permanent approach to weight loss. This approach is learning to eat like a naturally thin person (eating only when you're hungry, eating until you're satisfied and stopping before you're full). We will discuss learning to end emotional eating and eating for reasons other than hunger. Once this approach becomes automatic, weight loss is permanent. Never diet again!!! Dieting doesn't work and causes weight gain, binge eating and weight cycling over time. YOU DON'T NEED TO DIET AGAIN, EVER! Join us and find out how!
