- Bashkortostan Bond
MOSCOW (MT) -- Bashkortostan has issued 1 billion rubles ($30 million) in
bonds, its first placement since the 1998 crisis.
The bonds, which were sold at a 19.25 percent yield to maturity, began
trading on the MICEX on Thursday, said the issue's lead arranger,
The issue was co-organized by Bashkreditbank, Avtobank and Trust and
Investment Bank. Rosbank, Promstroibank St. Petersburg, NIKoil and Zenit
bank were joint lead managers.
The issue has a B rating from Standard & Poor's, and Bashkortostan has a B
rating from S&P and B3 from Moody's.
