      paul-a cheating way would be to use the arm ratings given in the Lindy
      baseball annual(not the fantasy guide) and assign numbers based on
      their 10-90 scale. Some players aren't rated, so I guess that they
      would be average for outfielders or everyone else(c) for catchers.
