      You might like to look at the marvellous commentary on Acts in
      the International Critical Commentary series (published by T & T Clark,
      Edinburgh) by C. K. Barrett in two volumes (1994,1998), and to make use
      of the references to Josephus (over two hundred are listed in the index
      at the end of Volume 2).
