I expect he is quite upset about it.Bob

Post your Spoonbill album! Joseph was our upfront and serious art director and chief photographer. He was directing the Spoonbills for their shots, trying to arrange them in the most pleasing and asthetic manner.

Nice Spoonbills! I expected a whole album if they were "posing" :-)----- Original Message -----From: RobertSent: Monday, October 31, 2011 10:12 AMSubject: [swflpc] To Lulu Key and Back!
The tides were right but it was windy and blustery. Sometimes we were smiling with the wind and current behind us; Joseph hit 8.3 knots and maintained over 8 knots for a mile or two. Other times we were stern faced paddling into white-caps and trying to keep our bows from slaming into the next trough. Out the Barron River from the Everglade Ranger Station, around Stop Keys, we went. A little sight-seeing in the shallows at Picnic and Tiger Keys and then back out around Tiger to Lulu. With the wind the Spoonbills decided to lay-low on the beaches and in the mangroves and pose for pictures. The route back was South to Indian Key, around Jack Daniels Key and up Sandfly Pass to the Ranger Station. Twenty-three miles and Sam was first back. (Spoonbills at the link below)-- BOB, JOSEPH & SAM
