      About Speaker: Ms. Shiau received a BS degree in Food Sciences from National Taiwan University, a MS Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky, and a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.  A certified renal dietitian and emergency medical technologist, Ms. Shiau received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award from the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Kentucky. She has extensive experience teaching human nutrition and counseling patients, and is expert at analyzing nutrient intake. Amy has published several scientific abstracts and articles and has presented her original research.
