A certified renal dietitian and emergency medical technologist, Ms. Shiau received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award from the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Kentucky. She has extensive experience teaching human nutrition and counseling patients, and is expert at analyzing nutrient intake.
