      Hello SVMUG and SMUG members,

      I have forwarded to you the latest from O'Reilly, shown below. Notice that we have a couple of Bay Area events -- the Petaluma Mac Faire, and the Geek Bike Ride. I would love to go to the World Maker Faire, but alas it is in New York. The Faire grounds are in Flushing Meadow, which was the site of the 1964 World's Faire, which I attended. Will Maker Fairs become the new World event?
