      Back when I was using a Palm OS device, I used MarkSpace's "Missing Synch"
      product, and it worked flawlessly for me.

      I haven't used it with a Window's Mobile device, but my experience with them
      was very good.

      Of course, now I have an iPhone, and I don't need any special software...
      it just works!
