A correct application description would be this:

Due to increasing amounts of traffic on the east-/westbound part of
the E20 motorway across Funen, the Danish Road Directorate has
implemented a traffic management application in order to provide
information regarding current travel times, delays and mean speeds
on the motorway. The name of the application is "TRIM Rejsetid".
Information from the application is presented via a website on the
      internet.
The application pulls data in xml-form every minute and presents the
      data in a SVG interface.
The main area is a zoomable map. On top of the map is
the Highway as a path, where I use mid-markers to colour the right
and left side according to the road-data.
      Green line = normal traffic
      Yellow line = short delay
      Red line = long delay
      Black line= No data
Blue number = actual averages speed

The width of the highway and the placement and size of
the user info fits to the current zoom. If the user zoom all the way
in the highway path is updated to another with more coordinate.
The use can click a segment to get detailed info
      The URL is
      http://www.trafikken.dk/wimpdoc.asp?page=document&objno=80151

It will only work with adobe SVG view 3.0 (its only
      tested for Adobe and MicroSoft)
