      Ronan,

      I have tried the following :

      <!DOCTYPE svg PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD SVG 1.0//EN"
      "http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-SVG-20010904/DTD/svg10.dtd"
      [
      <!ENTITY SYMBOLS SYSTEM "symbols.svg">
      ]>

      <svg xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"
      xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">
      &SYMBOLS;
      <use xlink:href="#MySymbol .../>
      </svg>

      (MySymbol being defined in symbols.svg)

      This works fine in the Corel Viewer but not in the Adobe Viewer. ASV
      obviously has problems with external files in general.

      PS : By the way, I still can't import an external SVG document by
      using the <svg> tag. I must be missing something. The proper syntax
      should be <svg xlink:href="svgdoc.svg" .../> ?
