    I don t think you need SAMBA if you are using VMWare tools and VMWare s file sharing features. But I could be wrong. Scott

      ... Having not seen it, i m willing to bet that the file sharing feature is, in fact, SAMBA..because that s what SAMBA is for!

        Having not seen it, i'm willing to bet that the "file sharing feature"
        is, in fact, SAMBA..because that's what SAMBA is for!
