The Fraser Valley Region of the BC Federation of Writers is presenting a Mini-conference on Publishing. Come out on January 27, 2013 to learn the ins and outs of getting published. Topics will include writing a book proposal, synopsis, and query letter, where to submit your work, finding an agent, and other topics of interest to the writer wanting to be traditionally published. Bring your own query letter and have it judged by our writers’ panel. Will you get to move on to the next stage as a result of your letter?
Where: The Phoenix Building, 13686 94A Avenue, Surrey BC (near Surrey Memorial Hospital)
Date and Time: Sunday, January 27, 2012, 12:30 – 4:30 pm
This is a free conference for members of the Federation of BC Writers in good-standing. Non-members $50. Join the BC Federation of Writers between 12:00 - 12:30 on the day of the conference and you will receive $10 off your annual membership and the conference will be free to you. As a member you will be able to take advantage of other conferences planned throughout 2013.
