      Less like intellectuals oppose capitalism, than that intellectuals
      recognize the flaws of the system and have the language to critique
      them.

      A system motivated by profit seeking has obvious implications for
      ethical behavior; although capitalism is great at creating wealth,
      it results in it being distributted to only a few. Thus it needs the
      restraint of legal controls and socialism.


      Pure systems do not address human nature; a mixed system works best.
